Mail handling (Virtual Office)
Read this before you choose forwarding options. Sample fees are under Virtual Office on the pricing page.
What this page is for
Short rules you should know for virtual office mail receiving and forwarding. Contract-specific terms are confirmed when you contact us.
Why these rules exist
- On-site storage is limited, so we standardize what we can accept.
- We avoid COD, content-certified mail, and similar items that often cause disputes or heavy procedures.
Generally accepted (principle)
Typical document mail such as:
- Standard registered / simplified registered letter mail
- Business letters and notices (subject to size and volume limits)
Not accepted (examples)
Examples we cannot accept:
- Cash on delivery (COD) mail or parcels
- Content-certified mail
- Hazardous goods, perishables, oversize items, or anything impractical to store or forward
- Other high-dispute items—ask us if unsure
This is a summary. Final eligibility depends on your agreement. For forms and the full legal text, see the mail handling page under Legal.
