Suited to client meetings, visitors, and short small-group sessions. On the 4F workspace floor, it works well for brief meetings too.

For client meetings, internal sessions, and training, we guide you to 4F or 5F based on headcount and purpose.

Internal meetings

For regular check-ins and project alignment. If you will share slides, the 5F medium room offers more space.

Client meetings

Visitor discussions, pre-contract briefings, interviews. For small groups, the 4F small room is often easier.

Small-group meetings

Short sessions for around 6–8 people, including meetings with external participants.

Training or briefings

For in-house training we guide you to 5F or 4F depending on headcount. For public seminars, see Meeting & Event.

After your booking is confirmed, cancellation fees apply as follows.
